Multiple loops of gas- and fluid-filled distended small bowel indicating small bowel obstruction.
Right femoral hernia is demonstrated as the cause of the small bowel obstruction.
Case Discussion
This patient has small bowel obstruction demonstrated by multiple loops of distended small bowel. Small bowel obstruction is commonly caused by adhesions and herniae, and in this case, it is a right femoral hernia that has become incarcerated.
