Multi fragmented fracture of right femoral medial condyle extending into intercondylar notch. It also involves the patella-femoral and femorotibial articular surfaces.
No fracture of the patella is seen.
The lateral condyle is normal.
Knee joint haemarthrosis mainly in the supra-patellar compartment.
Soft tissue emphysema in the posterior aspect of the lower thigh with multiple bony fragments in the soft tissues.

A radiodense foreign body is seen in the subcutaneous fat at the lateral aspect of the upper leg region.

Case Discussion

The case is classified as classification 4c (complex fracture) according to Seinsheimer Classification of Femoral Condylar Fractures.
