Age: 75 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Lytic femoral cortical as well as medullary lesions. 

x-ray

Sacroiliac joint fusion and flowing anterior osteophytes. 

Case Discussion

CT chest demonstrates a hilar mass (no images) and the femoral lesion is a presumed metastasis. 

Lumbar spine and pelvic radiographs of the same patient suggest ankylosing spondylitis.
