Femoral metastasis: probable

Patient Data

Age: 75 years
Gender: Male

SI joint fusion and flowing anterior osteophytes. 

Lytic femoral cortical as well as medullary lesions. 

Case Discussion

CT chest demonstrates a hilar mass (no images) and the femoral lesion is a presumed metastasis. 

Lumbar spine and pelvic radiographs of same patient suggest ankylosing spondylitis.
