Bilateral hearing loss.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Female
  • Thick stapes footplate.

  • Small area of bone lucency just anterior to oval window.

  • Those findings are seen bilaterally, more pronounced on the left side.

  • Fluid within bilateral mastoid air cells.
