Fenestration of the M1 segment of the right middle cerebral artery.
Fetal origin of the right posterior cerebral artery.
No aneurysm.
Case Discussion
This is a rare case (<1%) of a fenestrated M1 segment of the right middle cerebral artery. Cerebral arterial fenestrations are an anatomic variant.
The anterior communicating arterial complex and the basilar artery are the most common sites. There is no definite pathological relationship with aneurysms.
