Incidental finding of fenestration of the distal (V4) left vertebral artery.

Case Discussion

This case demonstrates an anatomical variant with no clinical significance. It could be hard to interpret the findings only on the axial planes. Fenestration is the division of lumen of the vessel into two separate and parallel channels which rejoin distally.
