Presentation

a 41yo women presented to the ER with right sided numbness and right hand weakness. the symptoms resolved without treatment in a few hours. CTA of the head and neck was obtained, showing incidental finding of the right vertebral artery. the CTA was otherwise unremarkable. the patient was discharged from the ER.
