4CH view: The heart should be left-sided (normal situs) and the axis should be near 45 degrees.
LVOT: The ascending aorta should be similar in size to the main pulmonary artery and the anterior wall of the aorta should be continuous into the interventricular septum.
RVOT: The RVOT opens into the ductus arteriosus and right main pulmonary artery.
