Single live intrauterine fetus with normal liquor. Direct communication between the right portal vein and the middle hepatic vein. Normal flow pattern in the portal vein and 3 hepatic veins. Normal flow in the ductus venosus, umbilical artery, MCA, and bilateral uterine arteries. The rest of the fetal anatomy revealed no abnormality.

The case shows an intrahepatic portosystemic shunt in the near-term fetus.
