Abdominal cyst in utero - separate from urinary bladder, kidneys in a male fetus.
Case Discussion
This case shows a large fetal intraabdominal cystic lesion. Possibility of cysts of gastrointestinal origin may be considered.
Differential diagnosis
An omental cyst was found at postnatal surgery.
