AP supine abdominal X ray shows a well-placed right double J stent.
Late third trimester uterus displacing the colon, with fetus in cephalic presentation.
Case Discussion
A pregnant woman had a DJ stent placed in her right ureter for severe hydronephrosis due to pressure on the ureter from the enlarged uterus. The fetal skeleton is clearly visible on the follow-up abdominal X ray.
