Presentation

Patient presented with a palpable, mobile, non-tender lump in left breast.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Female
ultrasound

Ultrasound of left breast revealed a well-defined hypoechoic ovoid lesion at 2 o clock position in upper outer quadrant of left breast. Lesion was wider than tall with well defined margins. No internal vascularity or microcalcifications within the lesion. No evidence of any architectural distortion or skin changes noted.

The lesion depicts predominantly benign findings, likely fibroadenoma of breast.

Suggested FNAC for further evaluation.
