Presentation

A single lady with slowly growing abdominal mass for the last 8 years!

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Female
ct

There is a large, heterogeneously enhancing mass arising from the pelvis. The normal uterine contour is not demonstrated.

mri

A soft tissue mass arising from the posterior wall of the uterus. This mass demonstrates heterogeneous signal in T2 weighted imaging. It enhances with post gadolinium acquisition with central necrosis.
