Fibromatosis colli

Fusiform, predominantly hypoechoic, 1.7 x 1 cm (transverse x AP dimensions) mass identified in the inferior left sternocleidomastoid. This disrupts the normal striated architecture of the muscle. Flow is seen within the lesion, which is consistent with fibromatosis coli.
