Presentation

Right-sided hard neck swelling felt by parents for a few days.

Patient Data

Age: 2 months
Gender: Male

Neck

ultrasound

Ultrasound neck shows diffuse fusiform thickening of the right sternocleidomastoid muscle with preserved normal fibrillar pattern and no discrete mass. No calcifications or signs of hemorrhage.

Case Discussion

Ultrasound findings are in keeping with fibromatosis colli.
