Left sternocleidomastoid is diffusely and asymmetrically enlarged comapred to the right. No discrete mass or cervical lymphadenopathy.

Typical appearances of fibromatosis colli (sternocleidomastoid pseudotumor). At the time of scanning the patient's parents reported that the mass had decreased in the preceding weeks.
