Fibromuscular dysplasia of a duplicated renal artery

Incidental finding in a woman, who planned to donate a kidney to her younger brother.

Duplicated right renal arteries were found. The cranial artery exhibited wall irregularities with alternating dilatations and minimal ring stenoses (string-of-beads sign).
