Right side focal thick non-enhancing pleural collection is noted with peripheral and internal calcification.
Fibrotic bands are seen in the underlying lung parenchyma.
Normal-sized calcified mediastinal lymph nodes are also seen.

The features are likely representing sequela of previous hemothorax/pyothorax.
