Images show an eccentric, lytic, well circumscribed lesion with sclerotic margins in the metaphyseal region of the fibula. No soft tissue mass is observed.
Case Discussion
Classic imaging findings of fibrous cortical defect. These are benign, asymptomatic lesions that occur in childhood and usually in males. Differential diagnosis should be made with non ossifying fibroma.
