Fibrous cortical defect

Small well-defined lobulated cortical lesion of the lateral aspect of the distal tibial diaphysis (length = 22 mm) of heterogeneous low signal on T1 and T2, mixed signal on STIR with a peripheral sclerotic rim of low signal. No soft tissue component or periosteal reaction is seen. Normal appearance of the surrounding soft tissues.
