Eccentric metaphyseal lesion is noted at distal of tibia which is hypointense in all pulse sequences. It is surrounded by peripheral hypointense rim in STIR from reactive sclerosis . No periosteal elevation or cortical destruction.

Fibroxanthoma is a benign fibrous defect comprised of the fibrous cortical defect (< 2-3 cm) and non-ossifying fibroma NOF (> 2-3 cm).
