Extensive expansion of the left maxilla with ground glass sclerosis in keeping with known fibrous dysplasia.
The left maxillary sinus is small, and is displaced posteromedially.
Encroachment of the inferior orbit reduces the craniocaudal diameter by approximately 20% (33 mm compared to 41 mm on the right). The affected region measures 6.2 x 5.3 x 6.7 cm (AP x trans x CC).
A small region of fibrous dysplasia measuring 9 x 11 x 10 mm is seen in the right mandible, at the base of the first molar.
The no further osseous lesions are identified. A mucus retention cyst is seen in the right maxillary sinus, otherwise the paranasal sinuses and mastoid air cells are clear.
