Bone expansion and remodeling with ground glass density of the medulla on the right side greater wing of the sphenoid bone in the orbital lateral wall, fracture deformity in the medial wall, and orbital fat bulge within the deformity are seen. Exodeviation of the left eye is also seen.
Case Discussion
The case illustrates the pathology-proved fibrous dysplasia of the greater wing of the sphenoid bone in the orbital lateral wall which can progressively enlarge and lead to orbital apex syndrome.
