In this case, we can see sclerosis involving the right nasal cavity, right ostiomeatal complex, middle and superior right turbinates and it extends to the superior internal orbital border.
Case Discussion
This is a typical case of craniofacial fibrous dysplasia, we can be sure of diagnosis with the radiological findings.
