Presentation
Incidental finding during CT brain imaging for chronic headaches.
Patient Data

An unremarkable non-contrast CT brain imaging study except for the ground-glass bony lesion of the right lamina papyracea. There are no aggressive features; specifically, there are no pathological fractures, no cortical destruction, no soft tissue extension or component, and worrying no periosteal reaction. The rest of the craniofacial bones are normal.
Case Discussion
An incidental finding of fibrous dysplasia of the lamina papyracea of the right orbit with benign features.
There were no abnormalities detected to suggest a potential source of the chronic headaches.
