History of trauma followed by frontal swelling.
Patient Data







There is an extensive expansile bone lesion with a typical ground glass appearance involving sphenoid bone, anterior aspect of the right temporal bone, crista Galli, right-sided superior and middle turbinates, right ethmoid sinus, bilateral frontal, more on the right side, and right parietal bone. The lesion causing significant narrowing of right orbital cavity resulting mild proptosis on right side, however globe, extra-ocular muscles and optic nerve grossly appear intact. Orbital fissures appear within normal limits.
Case Discussion
CT features are most likely suggestive of craniofacial fibrous dysplasia rather than Paget disease as detailed above.
