A young female patient present with sudden onset of pain and with swelling in the arm with restricted movement after a trivial trauma to the arm.

Patient Data

Age: 10 years
Gender: Female

An expansile lesion involving proximal -mid humeral shaft with narrow zone of transition, ground glass matrix and with visible pathological fracture.
