Presentation
Progressively increasing bulge over left side of face since 1 year. No fever.
Patient Data

There is well-defined, intra-medullary, expansile, ground glass matrix mineralization lesion involving the left maxilla including its alveolar, frontal and zygomatic processes. There is endosteal scalloping and thinning of cortex. However, there is no cortical breach. There is narrow zone of transition. There is no periosteal reaction and soft tissue component. There is compression of the left maxillary sinus upwards and posteriorly. The lesion has also encased the left infra-orbital foramen.
There are bilateral unerupted teeth.
Mucosal thickening involving the bilateral maxillary, ethmoidal and frontal sinuses associated with blockage of left osteo-meatal complex (OM complex) are noted.
Case Discussion
All the features of this case are most likely consistent with craniofacial fibrous dysplasia.
