Ground-glass opacity bony lesion noted expanding the right nasal cavity with mild extension to the right maxillary sinus and right orbital cavity resulting in left side nasal septal deviation and mild left side proptosis.

No malignant features such as cortical destruction or aggressive periosteal reaction.

Case Discussion

The features are favoring fibrous dysplasia. It has a good prognosis. Treatment is surgical and may be required when there is functional impairment.
