There is a medullary expansile, bubbly cystic/lytic lesion with fusiform enlargement and well-defined cortical margins involving the right posterior 5th rib.

Medullary expansile, bubbly cystic/ lytic lesion with fusiform enlargement and endosteal scalloping involving the right posterior 5th rib. There are well defined cortical margins.
