Presentation

Blurring of vision.

Patient Data

Age: 31

Coronal sequences show pituitary macroadenoma arising from the right side of the gland with mass effect on optic chiasm and right thalamus. No evidence of cavernous sinus involvement. Bony expansion is seen in the temporal and sphenoid bones of the right side.

CT in the same patient shows ground glass bony expansion involving the temporal and the sphenoid bones on the right side.
