Fibrous dysplasia with pituitary macroadenoma

Coronal sequences show pituitary macroadenoma arising from the right side of the gland with mass effect on optic chiasm and right thalamus. No evidence of cavernous sinus involvement. Bony expansion is seen in the temporal and sphenoid bones of the right side.
