Talocalcaneal fibrous coalition of the middle facet. It is presented with irregular articulation of Low T2 and T1 WIs signal intensity. Related bone marrow shows degenerative changes.
It is associated with sinus tarsai syndrome with complex ganglion cyst is seen insinuated sinus tarsai.
Case Discussion
Characteristic MRI appearance of the fibrous talocalcaneal coalition of the middle facet of the talocalcaneal articulation associated with related mild to moderate bone marrow degenerative changes with sinus tarsi syndrome and complex ganglion cyst.
