Fibular pseudoarthrosis

Fibular fracture 2 years ago. She underwent three surgeries, the last one around a year ago.

Clear fibular distal fracture nonunion. Osteopenia evident in the adjoining bone.

Case Discussion

Pseudoarthrosis refers to bones that do not heal after fracture. These usually occur after trauma or surgery and affect mostly adults.
