Right hand pain with rotational deformity after punched a wall 4 days ago.

Patient Data

Age: 20
Gender: Male
x-ray

Transverse fracture is seen of mid shaft of 5th metacarpal with mild palmar angulation of 10 degrees of distal fracture fragment.

Hand fractures with rotational deformity should be immobilized in POSI position and reviewed by hand specialists.
