Transverse fracture of the proximal metadiaphysis of the fifth proximal phalanx.

Modality: X-ray

Transverse fracture of the proximal metadiaphysis of the fifth proximal phalanx with mild radial angulation. No dislocation. Associated soft tissue swelling.
