Flexion distraction C6/7 fracture

C7 anterosuperior corner fracture with widening of the interspinous distance posteriorly between C6 and C7. There is bilaterally uncovering the facet joints without dislocation or perching.
Case Discussion
This fracture should not be confused with a flexion teardrop fracture that involves the anteroinferior corner of the vertebra above.
