Pain and swelling at the volar wrist.

T2 hyperintense, hypervascular pannus of the ulnar bursa.

Case Discussion

Flexor digitorum tenosynovitis is the most frequent cause of carpal tunnel syndrome and also an early indicator of rheumatoid arthritis.
