Case Discussion
The recent patient referred to us with a history of chronic index finger pain and swelling along the palmar aspect of second metacarpal bone for 6 months without obvious trauma. Regarding the imaging findings, index finger flexor tendon and extensor digitorum tendons (fourth and fifth extensor tendon compartments) tenosynovitis is the main diagnosis. Rheumatoid factor was negative.
