Flexor tenosynovitis - hand

There is diffuse synovial thickening with mild effusion involving flexor digitorum superficialis and profundus tendons; starting from the mid-palm region. There is mild hypervascularity. Both flexor tendons show echopattern without a tear.
No effusion in the MCP or IP joints. Normal extensor tendons.
Case Discussion
Surgical exploration was done. Histopathology revealed a granulomatous infective etiology.
