There is a large flipped meniscal fragment which connects to the medial meniscus. There is a large gap in the medial mensical body/posterior horn which is the donor site. There is complex tearing of the posterior horn posterior to the donor site. Flipped meniscal tissue is seen at the posterior horn/root junction towards the notch.
Case Discussion
Unusual presentation of a classic flipped meniscus that presented as intermittent palpable mass on the medial knee. This patient also has a complete ACL tear and well as a complex lateral meniscal tear.
