Over the months, the apperances are that of migrating/("flitting") infiltrates. Prior sympathectomy for Raynaud disease noted.
A prior CT chest (not available for review) did not show any mass lesion, and no structurally abnormal lung.
Case Discussion
This patient was managed in respiratory outpatients for cryptogenic organising pneumonia (COP), and is on intermittent steroids.
