Upper extremity swelling after strenuous exercises which subsided after 3 days. She was examined complaining of a lump in the axilla.

A mobile of mixed echogenicity mass attached to the subclavian vein wall, reaching the level of the brachiocephalic vein.

US showed distension of the axillary vein and a floating thrombus in the brachiocephalic vein.
