Focal cortical thickening in right high frontal lobe with blurring of gray white matter junction and subcortical hyperintensity.
Subtle radial hyperintense band is seen extending from this region upto right lateral ventricle.
Case Discussion
Above findings are highly suggestive of focal cortical dysplasia type II (Blumcke classification).
