Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male

Small left-sided arachnoid granulation in the left transverse sinus with bulging of the left occipital lobe cortex into it without, however, signal abnormality. 

Note and disregard wrap artefact with the nose projecting over the midline higher up.
