Left flank pain and hematuria.

Patient Data

Age: 10 years
Gender: Male
Fluoroscopy

A hyperdense stone is noted at the upper portion of the collecting system of the left kidney. After contrast media injection, focal hydronephrosis is observed proximal to the mentioned stone. 

Case Discussion

Hydronephrosis is defined as dilatation of the urinary collecting system of the kidney and can be focal such as in this case.
