Presentation

Epigastric pain

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Female

The MRI sequences demonstrate two well-defined lesions in segments II and IVb, slightly hypointense on T1WI, slightly hyperintense on T2WI. On postcontrast, both lesions show an intense, and homogeneous early enhancement on arterial phase, and become isointense to liver on portal venous phase.
