A 41×36mm well-defined mass is noted at right lobe of the liver. On non-contrast images, the mass is slight hyperdense compared to surrounding parenchyma. After contrast media injection, the mass shows marked enhancement with focal central low enhancing area.
A few lymphadenopathies with maximum SAD of 11mm are seen at paracaval region in the level of right renal hilum.
Case Discussion
Focal nodular hyperplasia (FNH) is the most probable diagnosis.
Hepatic adenoma could be considered in differential list.
