Recent of fall; pain around the right hip which subsided over 1 week

Incidentally noted is bony protusions from the posterior aspects of bilateral iliac blades

Modality: Annotated image

Posterior iliac horns as indicated by yellow circles

Bilateral hip joints show normal radiological features

No e/o of fracture or dislocation is noted

Such a lesion is referred to as Fong's lesion

This patient did not exibit the other features of the syndrome
