Tricuspid atresia with hypoplastic right ventricle, atrial septal defect and ventricular septal defect are demonstrated.  The superior vena cava is anastomosed with the right pulmonary artery consistent with bidirectional Glenn shunt.  There is an opacified extracardiac conduit that connects the right pulmonary artery and inferior vena cava (status-post Fontan completion).  Pericardial effusion and loculated right pleural effusion are also seen.  Mediastinal surgical clips and bilateral Jackson-Pratt drains are noted.

Angiography shows unobstructed flow from the superior vena cava into the right and left pulmonary arteries as well as unobstructed flow from the inferior vena cava into the right pulmonary artery through a patent conduit.
